My Routine

1. I live on an alternate day fasting diet.
• I would eat for a day then stop eating the next and eat again
Days I eat, I eat WHATEVER I WANT... But as I try at least to be healthy and control my porrtions

2. When I wake up
• Morning Routine
Abs exercises

3. Days I eat
• I would go to the gym and burn 700 calories late night

4. Days I do not eat
• I would not attend the gym
