My flat tummy secret


I have always been asked about my abs. People often ask me "how did you get your flat stomach". Even when I gain weight my tummy never gets big. This is because I have been working out my abs as a routine twice a day doing just what you see in this video.

While doing this you need to be aware that you need a period of rest. You can't be working your abs every single day. You have to rest at least two days. So what I suggest is to do it every morning and evening of week days (Monday to Friday) and rest on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

However, results do not happen over night. You have to be patient! and NOT GIVE UP. But trust me. Once results will appear, you will be more than happy.
And don't worry, you can thank me later

    1. It is never too late hun... Just do it... U have 3 months before summer! and eating healthy and exercising could benefit u not only for summer but for a life time!!
